Welcome to 2022.
Surely there’s a road sign somewhere that says that, right? If not, there are enough people in the world happy to throw the doors open to the new year, a fresh start, and say goodbye to all that was 2021.
We thought it was going to be different to 2020, we did. But we made of 2021 the best we could and 2022 will be better still.
I get to mark the first day of the year as the first voice back on the airwaves, three hours of Breakfast some 21 months after departing the schedule to concentrate on other radio matters. It’s nice to be back in the studio, but there’s plenty of work to get on with for the year ahead.
As for here, maybe something other than a ten month gap back to the last time I penned something on the blog.
