Long before the days of Ken On Food, there was the little Irish food blog that could – Any Given Food. It brought me around the country, covered festivals, opened the door for interviews, got me cooking in the kitchen and after a few busy years, it hit a few quiet ones before making the transition to Ken On Food (also suffering from a post-covid quiet spell).
